Best Circuit Boards d/b/a Global Innovation Corp. is hiring a Technical Director. Responsible for the development and implementation of modifications that will expand technology in the drilling, milling and machining of printed circuit boards. Develop design modifications to improve efficiency and increase drill speeds. Make recommendations for improvements and modifications to existing equipment. Develop, implement and continually refine processing procedures. Align, adjust and calibrate equipment according to specifications.
Requirements:
Must have specific knowledge and experience with the Technic, Lenz and compatible range of Sieb and Meyer controlled PCB drilling and routing machines, to enable on-going maintenance, calibration and any modification. Test faulty equipment and apply knowledge of functional operation of electronic units and systems to diagnose cause malfunction. Responsible for implementation of a Westwind spindle repair facility. Research, design and develop software for equipment. Read PCB Journals and attend training at Sieb and Meyer Germany to stay abreast of new technology advances and control systems upgrades.
