Brent Nolan, is President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Mr. Nolan joined LSC in 1993, was promoted to Vice President in 1996, and was named Chief Operating Officer of the Company in November 2004. Prior to joining LSC, he served as part of the management team at Cuplex, Inc.

Chief Financial Officer

Joined LSC in 2000, served as Sales and Customer Service Manager, was promoted to Finance and Accounting Manager and Chief Financial Officer in December 2004. His past experience includes 8 years of progressive responsibility specific to the PCB industry, 6 years of Banking, Lending and Financial Services Management. He holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University-Commerce and completed post graduate studies in Accounting at the University of Texas-Dallas. He has participated in the National Contract Management Association and the Institute of Corporate Governance at the University of Texas –Dallas.

Director of Value Add Services

Tom Holder joined Lone Star Circuits in March of 2006 as Director of Value Add Division. Tom’s responsibilities include; overseeing Lone Star Circuits Pcb layout and assembly groups as well as Dfm team and customer service. Prior to joining Lone Star Circuits, Tom spent 1 ½ years at Texas Prototypes. While at Texas Prototypes, Tom was responsible for building a Pcb layout organization and overseeing Texas Prototypes DFM group. Tom was also responsible for managing projects from layout through prototype assembly to high volume assembly transfer. Prior to Texas Prototypes, spent 7 years as Engineering Services Manager for Flextronics. Tom has 18 years of experience in the PCB business that spans across design, manufacturing and assembly.
