Global Innovation Corp began as a manufacturer of printed circuit boards named Lone Star Circuits in 1986 in Wylie, Texas. Lone Star Circuits growth was propelled by focusing on customer relationships and niche PCB markets such as power and military applications resulting in revenues of $22.4 million in 2004.
In late 2004 Lone Star Circuits completed a reverse merger with Integrated Performance Systems, Inc. (IPS), a New York company traded on the OTCBB. IPS manufactured specialized circuit boards for RF and Microwave applications. In late 2006, IPS became Global Innovation Corp through a transaction to reincorporate in Delaware.
